Shipping Policy

Effective Date: April 5, 2026

Company: Custom Racquet Products LLC

At Custom Racquet Products LLC, we have spent over a decade perfecting our international fulfillment model. Because our tennis wristbands are custom-manufactured to your exact specifications, our shipping process differs from standard "off-the-shelf" retail. Please review this policy carefully to understand our timelines, tracking procedures, and international logistics.

1. THE "ALL-INCLUSIVE" DDP ADVANTAGE

We operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.

  • No Hidden Fees: Unlike many international sellers, the price you pay at checkout is your final "landed" cost.

  • Taxes & Surcharges: We absorb all international freight costs, customs brokerage fees, and current 2026 federal import surcharges (including Section 122 duties).

  • Our Guarantee: You will not be contacted by customs or carriers for additional payment to receive your goods.

2. ESTIMATED TIMELINES AND LEAD TIMES

Custom manufacturing is a multi-stage process. Our standard estimated delivery window is approximately 5 weeks. This timeline is divided into three distinct phases:

  1. Design & Proofing (Days 1–5): This includes the creation of your digital mockup and the back-and-forth email approval process at info@customtenniswristbands.com.

  2. Manufacturing & Sample Verification (Weeks 2–3): Once the digital proof is approved, our international partners begin production. This phase includes the creation and email approval of your Physical Sample Photo.

  3. International Transit & Customs (Weeks 4–5): Once the mass production is complete and approved, your order enters international transit.

Note: The 5-week window is an estimate, not a contractual guarantee. Factors such as high-volume corporate seasons, international holidays, or rigorous customs inspections may shift this window by 7–10 business days.

3. THE "TWO-STAGE" TRACKING PROCESS

Because we ship directly from our International Manufacturing Partners to offer you the best pricing and custom options, tracking occurs in two stages:

  • Stage 1 (International): Once the factory fulfills the order, it is assigned an international logistics number. We monitor this internally to ensure movement through customs.

  • Stage 2 (Local): Once your order clears US Customs and is handed over to a domestic carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, or UPS), a local tracking number is generated.

  • Manual Notification: We will manually email your local tracking number to you as soon as it becomes active. Please allow a 3–5 day "blackout" period during the customs clearance phase where tracking updates may appear stalled; this is a normal part of the international-to-local handover.

4. ADDRESS ACCURACY AND REDELIVERY

Because we pay for your shipping and customs entry upfront, address accuracy is critical.

  • Verification: Customers are responsible for providing a 100% accurate shipping address at the time of order.

  • Failed Delivery: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, "unclaimed" status, or refusal of delivery, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of re-shipping. Original "Free Shipping" only applies to the initial delivery attempt.

5. RISK OF LOSS AND DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

  • Transfer of Risk: Legally, the risk of loss passes to the customer once the local carrier provides a "Delivered" scan.

  • Proof of Delivery: We rely on the GPS and scanning data of our domestic carriers. If a package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, you must contact the local carrier for a "Missing Mail" investigation. Custom Racquet Products LLC is not responsible for "porch piracy" or theft after a confirmed delivery.

6. FORCE MAJEURE AND INTERNATIONAL DELAYS

While we take care of all logistics, we are not liable for delays caused by events outside of our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Government-mandated customs examinations.

  • International flight cancellations or port congestion.

  • Extreme weather events affecting transit routes.

  • Statutory holidays in the country of manufacture or the United States.

7. RUSH ORDERS

Rush orders are only accepted if we can guarantee a specific "Ship Date." Any such guarantee is contingent upon the customer providing email approval of mockups and sample photos within 24 hours of receipt. Delays in customer communication will void any expedited shipping guarantees.
