Legal Disclaimers
Effective Date: April 5, 2026
Entity: Custom Racquet Products LLC
By accessing this website and engaging in a business relationship with Custom Racquet Products LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following legal disclaimers. These disclaimers serve to outline the limitations of our liability and the specific nature of our international custom manufacturing process.
1. MANUFACTURING AND ORIGIN DISCLOSURE (EO 14392)
In accordance with Executive Order 14392 (March 13, 2026) regarding "Truth in Advertising" and origin transparency:
Brand Identity: Custom Racquet Products LLC is an American-owned entity registered in Austin, Texas, with administrative operations managed in New Jersey.
International Fulfillment: While design, customer service, and management are performed within the United States, all physical products are expertly manufactured and fulfilled by our International Manufacturing Partners.
Country of Origin: We do not represent our products as "Made in the USA." Customers should expect international origin markings on physical products and packaging in compliance with US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations.
2. "ALL-INCLUSIVE" PRICING AND TARIFFS
As of February 24, 2026, the United States has implemented Section 122 import surcharges.
Duty Absorption: Custom Racquet Products LLC operates on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. We absorb all international freight, customs brokerage fees, and federal import surcharges.
Final Price Guarantee: The price confirmed at checkout is your final "landed" cost. Custom Racquet Products LLC guarantees that customers will not be billed for additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery.
Regulatory Changes: We reserve the right to adjust website pricing at any time to reflect fluctuations in international trade policy.
3. PRODUCT VARIANCE AND COLOR ACCURACY
Custom textile manufacturing involves physical dyes and manual processes that differ from digital displays.
Pantone® Standards: We utilize Pantone Solid Coated standards for color matching. Because digital screens utilize RGB/HEX light and physical wristbands utilize chemical pigments, a variance of up to 10% in color saturation or hue is an industry-standard tolerance and does not constitute a defect.
Physical Tolerances: Due to the nature of stretchable athletic textiles, minor variances in dimensions (up to 5mm) and logo placement (up to 5mm) are within acceptable manufacturing standards.
4. TIMELINE AND "ESTIMATED" DELIVERY
5-Week Window: Our stated 5-week lead time is a good-faith estimate based on ten years of logistics data. It is not a contractual guarantee.
Fulfillment Definition: "Fulfillment" is defined as the moment the international carrier accepts the package. We are not responsible for delays occurring during international transit or the US Customs clearance "blackout" period.
Force Majeure: Custom Racquet Products LLC is not liable for delays caused by government-mandated customs inspections, international holidays, flight cancellations, or global logistics disruptions.
5. SAFETY AND ADULT-USE CLASSIFICATION
Target Audience: Our products are designed, marketed, and intended strictly for adult sports, corporate events, and fitness use.
Age Restriction: These products are not intended for, nor have they been tested for, use by children under the age of 12. They do not carry a Children’s Product Certificate (CPC) and should not be distributed to minors.
Non-Medical Disclaimer: Our wristbands are athletic accessories. They are not medical devices and are not intended to treat, prevent, or mitigate any medical condition or injury.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OF CUSTOMERS
Logo Rights: Custom Racquet Products LLC acts solely as a manufacturer of the designs provided by the customer. We do not vet logos for trademark or copyright compliance.
Assumption of Risk: The customer assumes all legal and financial liability for any trademark or copyright infringement claims arising from the production of their provided designs.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the State of Texas, Custom Racquet Products LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages (including lost profits or event delays) arising from the use of our products or delays in our estimated 5-week shipping window. Our total liability in any dispute is strictly limited to the purchase price paid for the specific order in question.
8. ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
While we strive for accuracy, we are not responsible for typographical errors regarding pricing, Pantone numbers, or lead times listed on this website. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel or adjust orders if necessary.
