  • Logistics & Customs Data: Information required for international shipping and customs clearance, including "Importer of Record" declarations.

  • Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, and interaction data collected via cookies or analytics tools to improve our website performance.

  • Communication Records: A complete archive of email correspondence at info@customtenniswristbands.com, including approvals for digital mockups and physical sample photos.

3. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

We process your data exclusively for the following "Business Purposes":

  • Order Fulfillment: Designing, proofing, and manufacturing custom wristbands.

  • International Logistics: Coordinating with international fulfillment partners and customs brokers.

  • Quality Control: Verifying physical sample photos against customer-provided Pantone numbers.

  • Legal Compliance: Satisfying tax, import, and trade regulations in Texas, New Jersey, and international jurisdictions.

 

4. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

To provide our high-quality custom manufacturing and "All-In" DDP shipping, your data is transferred across international borders.

  • International Manufacturing: Your design files and shipping information are shared with our International Manufacturing Partners for production and packaging.

  • Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) Fulfillment: We share your contact and shipping data with international logistics providers to ensure all customs, duties, and taxes are handled by us prior to delivery.

  • Data Protection: We ensure our international partners adhere to strict confidentiality standards regarding your intellectual property (logos) and personal data.

 

5. SHARING WITH THIRD PARTIES

We do not "sell" your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We only disclose data to:

  • Logistics Partners: International carriers and local US carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS).

  • Customs Brokers: To facilitate the legal entry of goods into the United States.

  • Payment Processors: To securely process transactions.

  • Legal Authorities: When required by law or to protect our rights in a dispute.

 

6. DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY

We retain your design files and contact history to facilitate future re-orders and to maintain an audit trail of your "Email Approvals."

  • Intellectual Property: You retain ownership of your logos. We act as a temporary custodian of these assets for the duration of the manufacturing process and for archival purposes.

 

7. YOUR RIGHTS (TEXAS AND NEW JERSEY)

Under the TDPSA and NJDPA, you have the following rights:

  • Right to Access and Portability: You may request a copy of the data we hold about you.

  • Right to Correction: You may request that we fix inaccuracies in your contact info or order details.

  • Right to Deletion: You may request that we delete your data, provided there are no active orders or outstanding legal/tax requirements to retain it.

  • Right to Opt-Out: You may opt out of any non-essential data processing. In New Jersey, we honor opt-out requests within 15 days.

8. ADULTS-ONLY POLICY (18+)

Our products are intended strictly for adults, corporate events, and adult sports. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18. If we discover we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, we will delete it immediately.

 

9. BRAND ORIGIN AND TRANSPARENCY (EO 14392)

In accordance with Executive Order 14392 (March 2026) regarding truth in advertising: Custom Racquet Products LLC is an American-owned and operated business. While all designs, customer service, and management are based in the United States, our products are expertly manufactured and fulfilled by our International Partners to provide our customers with all-inclusive customs and free shipping.
