At Custom Racquet Products LLC, we specialize in high-quality, custom-branded athletic gear. Because every wristband we produce is uniquely manufactured with your specific logo and Pantone® color requirements, our return and refund options are strictly limited. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a non-resalable, custom-manufactured product.
1. THE "ALL SALES FINAL" STANDARD
In accordance with standard trade practices for custom-manufactured goods, all sales are final. * Once an order has entered production, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for "change of mind," subjective dissatisfaction, or ordering errors made by the customer (e.g., incorrect quantity or size).

We do not accept returns based on "Event Cancellation." Once the manufacturing process begins, the costs are committed regardless of the status of your local event.
2. THE "POINT OF NO RETURN" (APPROVAL MILESTONE)
Our 10-year success rate is based on our two-stage approval process. Your order enters a "Non-Refundable" status at the following milestones:

Stage 1 (Digital Proof): Once you approve the digital mockup via email, the design layout is locked.

Stage 2 (Physical Sample Photo): This is the final checkpoint. Once you reply to our email with an approval of the Physical Sample Photo from our international facility, the order is considered final and irrevocable. No refunds or cancellations can be processed after this point, as mass production and international logistics are triggered immediately.
3. MANUFACTURING DEFECTS & "7-DAY WINDOW"
We stand behind our work. If your order arrives with a legitimate manufacturing defect, we will fix it.

Reporting Period: You must report any defects within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery date as marked by the local carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS).

Definition of a Defect: A defect is defined as a significant deviation from the Approved Physical Sample Photo or the agreed-upon Pantone® numbers (subject to the 10% variance rule in Section 4).

Filing a Claim: To file a claim, email info@customtenniswristbands.com with your order number and high-resolution photos clearly showing the defect.
4. EXCLUSIONS FROM DEFECT CLAIMS
The following are considered industry-standard variations and are not eligible for refunds or remakes:

Color Variance: Because digital screens display light (RGB) and wristbands use physical dyes, a variance of up to 10% from your screen's appearance to the physical product is normal.

Minor Sizing Variance: Due to the nature of textile manufacturing, a variance of up to 5mm in width or length is considered within acceptable tolerances.

Logo Placement: Minor shifts in embroidery or print placement (up to 5mm) are standard in the production process.
5. RESOLUTION PROCESS (THE "NO RETURN" ADVANTAGE)
If a defect is verified by our team:

Remake Policy: We will remake the defective portion of your order at our expense and ship it via our standard international fulfillment methods.

No Physical Returns: To save you time and shipping costs, we do not require you to ship the defective products back to our New Jersey or Texas offices. Your photo verification is sufficient.

Refunds: In the rare event that a remake is not possible, a refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Custom Racquet Products LLC.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

Pre-Approval: Orders canceled before a digital mockup is created are eligible for a 100% refund.

Post-Mockup: Orders canceled after a digital mockup is created but before a physical sample is produced are subject to a $50 design fee.

Post-Production: Once the physical sample photo is approved, no cancellations are possible.
